Our online orders are sent using Australia Post and are delivered on business days only.

Items that are in stock are generally picked and despatched within 1 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday). If you aren’t home when Australia Post delivers your order, they will leave a card for you to collect from your nearest post office.

IMPORTANT: Heavy & Over-sized Items

Heavy, over-sized items & some Special Orders must be sent via courier and will incur delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. When your order is placed one of our friendly customer support staff will contact you to discuss freight charges. Alternatively, If you are perusing our web page and would like to purchase an item that is heavy or over-sized please contact us on either: [email protected] of 07 49 98 52 41 and we can quote freight on the particular item.

Back Orders

If product you have ordered is out of stock or is a special item that needs to be ordered in, a staff member will contact you to advise the expected delivery time.

Need Goods in a Hurry?

For times when you need faster goods, we recommend you contact our store directly to place your order and to arrange a courier service. Alternatively, you can pick up from our store located in Paget, Mackay.

Returning Items Purchased In Store

Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials. A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods

Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods

Goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt

Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Faulty Goods

Please call Get Real Workwear Mackay Customer Service on 07 49 98 52 41 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the nature of the fault, Get Real Workwear Mackay will arrange a repair, exchange or refund. Proof of purchase will be required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
